Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. announced a consolidated net profit of ₹5.70 crore for the September quarter, a significant turnaround from a net loss of ₹11.14 crore in the same period last year. The Blackstone-backed firm's total income more than doubled to ₹351.51 crore from ₹161.75 crore year-on-year. For the first six months of the fiscal, net profit reached ₹152.36 crore, with total income soaring to ₹1,288.13 crore. CEO Hrishikesh Parandekar highlighted record pre-sales and the addition of six Mumbai redevelopment projects with ₹6,000 crore revenue potential.
