INDIA bloc allies, including the Samajwadi Party and Uddhav Sena, have distanced themselves from a remark by Left-wing student leader Neha Bora criticizing "Brahmanvaad." Samajwadi Party's Rajeev Rai called such sweeping statements inappropriate and a trap set by the BJP. Uddhav Sena's Priyanka Chaturvedi termed the assertions unfortunate, stating that radical thinking from any side is harmful. The BJP had previously targeted Bora over a video criticizing the "Brahmanical system," accusing her of spreading Hindu hate and linking her to Rahul Gandhi's politics.
