DHL Express India to Increase Charges by 8.9%

Logistics company DHL Express has announced an 8.9% hike in its shipment charges in India, effective January 1 next year. This annual price adjustment is intended to offset increased operational costs stemming from inflation, currency fluctuations, and industry-specific developments. DHL Express stated that the increase will help maintain service quality and strengthen the resilience of its global operations. The company also cited rising energy costs, compliance requirements, and labour market pressures as contributing factors to the price adjustment.

लॉजिस्टिक्स कंपनी डीएचएल एक्सप्रेस ने भारत में अपने शिपमेंट शुल्क में 8.9% की बढ़ोतरी की घोषणा की है, जो अगले साल 1 जनवरी से लागू होगी। यह सालाना मूल्य समायोजन मुद्रास्फीति, मुद्रा में उतार-चढ़ाव और उद्योग-विशिष्ट विकासों से उत्पन्न बढ़ी हुई परिचालन लागतों को पूरा करने के लिए है। डीएचएल एक्सप्रेस ने कहा कि यह वृद्धि सेवा की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखने और अपने वैश्विक परिचालन के लचीलेपन को मजबूत करने में मदद करेगी। कंपनी ने मूल्य समायोजन में बढ़ते ऊर्जा लागत, अनुपालन आवश्यकताओं और श्रम बाजार के दबावों का भी उल्लेख किया है।
