Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has shared a video alleging harassment of women during a crackdown on a proposed protest by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) in Delhi. The protest against CEC Gyanesh Kumar was halted with thousands detained, including political leaders. Yadav criticized the ruling BJP, calling the alleged incidents a disgrace to their claims of 'honoring women.' Delhi Police deployed around 35,000 personnel, imposed security restrictions, and curtailed metro services and internet access to prevent the demonstration.

समाजवादी पार्टी के प्रमुख अखिलेश यादव ने एक वीडियो साझा किया है जिसमें दिल्ली में कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) के प्रस्तावित विरोध प्रदर्शन को रोकने के दौरान महिलाओं के साथ कथित उत्पीड़न का आरोप लगाया गया है। सीईसी ज्ञान प्रकाश कुमार के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन को हजारों लोगों को हिरासत में लेकर रोक दिया गया, जिनमें राजनीतिक नेता भी शामिल थे। यादव ने सत्तारूढ़ भाजपा की आलोचना की और कथित घटनाओं को 'महिलाओं का सम्मान' करने के उनके दावों का अपमान बताया। दिल्ली पुलिस ने प्रदर्शन को रोकने के लिए लगभग 35,000 कर्मियों को तैनात किया, सुरक्षा प्रतिबंध लगाए और मेट्रो सेवाओं तथा इंटरनेट पहुंच को सीमित कर दिया।
