Shatrughan Sinha, Maneka Gandhi Launch Dr Mukesh Batra's New Book 'Toxic'

Veteran actors Shatrughan Sinha and Maneka Gandhi recently launched Dr Mukesh Batra's new book, 'Toxic: Stories, Science, and Remedies for a Cleaner Mind, Body and Spirit,' co-authored with Swami Shailendra Saraswati. The book addresses modern pressures, emotional struggles, digital dependence, and environmental concerns like pollution. Both Sinha and Gandhi praised Dr Batra's compassion and commitment to helping others and supporting the voiceless. Dr Batra explained the book stems from his observations of societal changes and the distress individuals carry.

दिग्गज अभिनेताओं शत्रुघ्न सिन्हा और मेनका गांधी ने हाल ही में डॉ मुकेश बत्रा की नई किताब 'टॉक्सिक: स्टोरीज, साइंस, एंड रेमेडीज फॉर ए क्लीनर माइंड, बॉडी एंड स्पिरिट' लॉन्च की, जिसे स्वामी शैलेन्द्र सरस्वती के साथ मिलकर लिखा गया है। यह किताब आधुनिक दबावों, भावनात्मक संघर्षों, डिजिटल निर्भरता और प्रदूषण जैसी पर्यावरणीय चिंताओं को संबोधित करती है। सिन्हा और गांधी दोनों ने डॉ बत्रा की करुणा और दूसरों की मदद करने तथा आवाज़हीनों का समर्थन करने की प्रतिबद्धता की प्रशंसा की। डॉ बत्रा ने बताया कि यह किताब समाज में हो रहे बदलावों और व्यक्तियों द्वारा झेले जा रहे कष्टों के उनके अवलोकन से उपजी है।
