Saudi Aramco CEO Warns Less Than 10% Of World Oil Inventory Available

Saudi Aramco CEO Amin Nasser stated that less than 10% of global oil inventories are practically available, warning that supply pressures could intensify. He noted that out of nearly 10 billion barrels initially in stock, less than 6 billion remain, with much of it inaccessible. Nasser explained that over 1 billion barrels have already been used to compensate for lost supplies, primarily from onshore commercial inventories. He cautioned that even with strategic reserve releases, the imbalance will persist until the Strait of Hormuz fully reopens and market confidence is restored.
