Chandrapur MP Pratibha Dhanorkar has dismissed a viral video showing Ramtek MP Shyamkumar Barve slapping her on a bus as friendly banter among MPs. The incident occurred on November 1 during a bus journey to a party rally in Delhi. Dhanorkar stated that if she had been physically assaulted, she would have complained herself. She described Barve as an elder brother and suggested the video was being used by opponents to target the Congress. Barve also claimed the video was cropped and alleged BJP involvement in its dissemination.
