Bombay HC Grants Bail to Corporator Andekar in Ayush Murder Case

The Bombay High Court has granted bail to corporator Laxmi Udaykant Andekar, who was arrested 13 months ago in connection with the murder of 19-year-old Ayush Komkar. The alleged murder stemmed from a family feud between rival branches of the Andekar family. Justice Milind N Jadhav noted Andekar's medical condition and stated that the circumstances did not prima facie establish a direct connection to the conspiracy. She has been barred from entering Pune district until the trial concludes, except for court appearances.

बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने कॉर्पोरेटर लक्ष्मी उदयकांत अंडेकर को जमानत दे दी है, जिन्हें 19 वर्षीय आयुष कोमकर की हत्या के संबंध में 13 महीने पहले गिरफ्तार किया गया था। कथित हत्या अंडेकर परिवार की प्रतिद्वंद्वी शाखाओं के बीच पारिवारिक झगड़े से उपजी थी। जस्टिस मिलिंद एन जाधव ने अंडेकर की मेडिकल स्थिति पर ध्यान दिया और कहा कि प्रथम दृष्टया परिस्थितियों में साजिश से सीधा संबंध स्थापित नहीं होता है। मुकदमे के निष्कर्ष तक उन्हें पुणे जिले में प्रवेश करने से मना किया गया है, सिवाय अदालत में पेश होने के।
