Discarded Ganesh Flowers Recycled into Incense

The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation is giving discarded flowers from Ganesh idol immersions a new purpose. Over 6,000 kg of floral waste has been collected separately over 11 days. This waste is being processed into products like incense sticks, dhoops, and diyas. The initiative aims to manage festival waste responsibly and prevent floral matter from mixing with general refuse. This effort is part of broader arrangements by the CMC for the Ganesh Utsavam, which saw over 1.19 lakh idols immersed.

गणेश विसर्जन के फूलों से बनी अगरबत्ती

साइबराबाद म्युनिसिपल कॉर्पोरेशन गणेश की मूर्तियों के विसर्जन से निकले फूलों को नया जीवन दे रही है। 11 दिनों में 6,000 किलो से ज़्यादा फूलों का कचरा अलग से इकट्ठा किया गया है। इस कचरे को अगरबत्ती, धूप और दीये जैसे उत्पाद बनाने में इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है। इस पहल का मकसद त्योहार के कचरे को जिम्मेदारी से संभालना और फूलों को आम कचरे में मिलने से रोकना है। यह कोशिश CMC की गणेश उत्सव के लिए की गई बड़ी व्यवस्थाओं का हिस्सा है, जिसमें 1.19 लाख से ज़्यादा मूर्तियों का विसर्जन हुआ।
