Hunger Pangs, the parent company of the vegetarian restaurant chain Burma Burma, has filed its DRHP for an IPO. The IPO includes a fresh issue of up to ₹150 crore and an offer for sale of up to 2.8 crore shares. The company plans to use ₹117.3 crore from the fresh issue to establish 27 new company-owned restaurants, with the remaining funds allocated for general corporate purposes. As of July 31, Burma Burma operated 22 restaurants across nine cities.
