Following recent irregularities in the Village Administrative Officer recruitment exam at Shiggaon, the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) is implementing enhanced security measures. A candidate flagged for a poor academic record was found to have used a mobile phone during the exam, prompting a police investigation. To prevent future incidents, KEA will now assign two invigilators to each hall, one at the front and one at the rear. A second round of frisking will occur inside the hall, and candidates must arrive 30 minutes prior to the exam.
