Pilot stated that the AAP government had 4.5 years to tackle these issues but showed no will to do so. He highlighted that drug trafficking and gang operations, fueled by narco money, are leading to unemployment and worsening the state's agrarian crisis. Pilot asserted that the Congress, if voted into power, would prioritize eradicating these twin evils to bring positive change to Punjab.

कांग्रेस नेता सचिन पायलट ने पंजाब में ड्रग्स और गैंगस्टरवाद से निपटने में AAP सरकार की विफलता की आलोचना की है। पायलट ने कहा कि AAP सरकार के पास इन मुद्दों से निपटने के लिए 4.5 साल थे लेकिन उसने ऐसा करने की कोई इच्छा नहीं दिखाई। उन्होंने इस बात पर प्रकाश डाला कि नार्को मनी से बढ़ावा मिलने वाली ड्रग तस्करी और गिरोह संचालन बेरोजगारी की ओर ले जा रहे हैं और राज्य के कृषि संकट को बदतर बना रहे हैं। पायलट ने जोर देकर कहा कि कांग्रेस, यदि सत्ता में आई, तो पंजाब में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने के लिए इन दोहरे बुराइयों को खत्म करने को प्राथमिकता देगी।
