NCLT Forms 5-Member Bench for Chandra Repayment

NCLT has constituted its first-ever five-member Bench to decide on a repayment plan for Subhash Chandra. This comes after a Division Bench could not reach a majority verdict in a personal insolvency case. एनसीएलटी ने सुभाष चंद्रा की रीपेमेंट प्लान तय करने के लिए पहली बार पांच सदस्यों की बेंच बनाई है। ऐसा इसलिए हुआ क्योंकि एक डिवीजन बेंच व्यक्तिगत दिवालियापन मामले में बहुमत से फैसला नहीं कर पाई थी। इस मामले में ₹22,000 करोड़ से ज़्यादा के दावे हैं, जो ऐसे वित्तीय विवादों की जटिलता और बड़े दांव को दिखाते हैं।
