Gurugram Road Rage: Attempt To Murder Charges Filed Against Two Accused

Gurugram Police have filed a charge sheet against two individuals accused in a road rage incident on Golf Course Road on September 13. Charges of attempt to murder have been framed against Kalyan Bainsla and Lavnish for deliberately ramming the bike of Delhi woman Shivani Chauhan with their car. The incident, captured on helmet camera, involved alleged stalking and dangerous driving. Police confirmed the charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, including stalking and insulting a woman's modesty, were retained.

गुरुग्राम पुलिस ने 13 सितंबर को गोल्फ कोर्स रोड पर हुई रोड रेज की घटना में दो लोगों के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल की है। दिल्ली की महिला शिवानी चौहान की बाइक को अपनी कार से जानबूझकर टक्कर मारने के आरोप में कल्याण बैंसला और लवनीश के खिलाफ हत्या के प्रयास का आरोप लगाया गया है। हेलमेट कैमरे में कैद हुई इस घटना में पीछा करने और खतरनाक ड्राइविंग का आरोप है। पुलिस ने पुष्टि की है कि पीछा करने और महिला की गरिमा को ठेस पहुंचाने सहित भारतीय न्याय संहिता के तहत आरोप बरकरार रखे गए हैं।
