Delhi Court Grants Bail To CJP Leaders On Condition Of Maintaining Peace

Three members of the CJP – Abhijit Dipke, Saurav Das, and Ashutosh Ranka – were arrested in Delhi. They were presented before an executive magistrate court and subsequently released. The court granted their bail on the condition that they maintain peace for one year. The CJP leaders were planning a protest at Jantar Mantar demanding the resignation of the Chief Election Commissioner. Youtuber Dhruv Rathee, also detained, was released.

CJP के तीन सदस्य – अभिजीत दिपके, सौरव दास और आशुतोष रंका – को दिल्ली में गिरफ्तार किया गया था। उन्हें एक कार्यकारी मजिस्ट्रेट अदालत में पेश किया गया और बाद में रिहा कर दिया गया। अदालत ने उन्हें एक साल तक शांति बनाए रखने की शर्त पर जमानत दे दी। CJP नेता मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त के इस्तीफे की मांग को लेकर जंतर मंतर पर विरोध प्रदर्शन की योजना बना रहे थे। यूट्यूबर ध्रुव राठी, जिन्हें हिरासत में लिया गया था, उन्हें भी रिहा कर दिया गया।
