Pakistan's Foreign Office spokesman Sajjad Haider Khan stated that war is not a solution, emphasizing that peace, dialogue, and diplomacy are essential for regional stability. These remarks followed UN Secretary-General António Guterres' visit from October 6 to 8, during which he met with Pakistan's leadership and visited UNMOGIP. Khan reiterated Pakistan's stance, aligning with Guterres' view that regional disputes must be resolved peacefully. He also highlighted the need to strengthen UNMOGIP's role alongside a just resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute.
