Article 32: The Heart and Soul of Indian Constitution

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar described Article 32 as the heart and soul of the Indian Constitution. This article provides citizens with constitutional remedies against the violation of their fundamental rights. If an individual's fundamental rights are infringed, they can directly approach the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court cannot refuse to hear such a petition because Article 32 itself is a fundamental right. This ensures that citizens have a direct avenue for justice when their basic rights are threatened.

अनुच्छेद 32: भारतीय संविधान का दिल और आत्मा

डॉ. बी.आर. अम्बेडकर ने अनुच्छेद 32 को भारतीय संविधान का दिल और आत्मा बताया था। यह अनुच्छेद नागरिकों को उनके मौलिक अधिकारों के उल्लंघन के खिलाफ संवैधानिक उपचार प्रदान करता है। अगर किसी व्यक्ति के मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन होता है, तो वह सीधे Supreme Court जा सकता है। Supreme Court ऐसे याचिका को सुनने से मना नहीं कर सकता क्योंकि अनुच्छेद 32 खुद एक मौलिक अधिकार है। यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि जब नागरिकों के बुनियादी अधिकारों को खतरा हो तो उनके पास न्याय का सीधा रास्ता हो।
