A Maine mother has reunited with the firefighter who helped deliver her son on the side of a highway in 2002. Maddie Marks went into labor during a 9/11 memorial service, and as her husband drove her to the hospital, they had to pull over. Firefighter Robert Shay Jr. responded and assisted with the roadside delivery. The two had not seen each other since that day until they reconnected decades later.
