Man's Hand Chopped Off in Ludhiana; Severed Limb Given to Grocer

A brutal murder occurred in Ludhiana's Lohara Colony when a man, Shakti Singh, was attacked by friends during a social gathering. His right hand was chopped off at the wrist, and the severed limb was allegedly placed in a bag and handed to a local grocer. The victim was found bleeding and later succumbed to his injuries in the hospital due to excessive blood loss. Police have registered a murder case against seven accused and arrested one, Dalbir Singh, while a manhunt is on for the others.
