French Ligue 1 club Troyes has sacked sporting director Jocelyn Blanchard with immediate effect following allegations of sexist behaviour. The club announced the termination of their partnership with Blanchard on Friday. A judicial investigation into the 54-year-old former footballer was opened by the public prosecutor's office in Troyes. Several female employees reportedly filed complaints accusing Blanchard of inappropriate conduct and sexist remarks, leading to an internal investigation by the City Football Group. The club stated they will focus on their sporting project and recruit a new director.
