Mirzapur Producers Fined Rs 50,000 For 'Shoorveer' Song Use

The Delhi High Court has ordered Mirzapur producers to pay Rs 50,000 to the Army Welfare Fund for the inappropriate use of the song 'Shoorveer'. The court found that using the song as background music in a fight scene was not suitable. The producers have removed the song from the film, and it has not been played. The court has closed the public interest litigation but warned that the case could be reopened if the fine is not paid within a week.

दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने मिर्ज़ापुर के निर्माताओं को 'शूरवीर' गाने के अनुचित इस्तेमाल के लिए ₹50,000 आर्मी वेलफेयर फंड में जमा करने का आदेश दिया है। कोर्ट ने पाया कि गाने का इस्तेमाल फाइट सीन में बैकग्राउंड म्यूजिक के तौर पर करना सही नहीं था। निर्माताओं ने गाने को फिल्म से हटा दिया है और इसे चलाया नहीं गया था। कोर्ट ने जनहित याचिका बंद कर दी है, लेकिन चेतावनी दी है कि अगर एक हफ्ते में जुर्माना नहीं भरा गया तो मामला फिर से खोला जा सकता है।
