FBI Lists Goldy Brar Among Most Wanted

The FBI has added fugitive Indian gangster Goldy Brar to its Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. The US agency has announced a reward of up to $1 million for information leading to his arrest. Brar is described as the alleged North America head of the Lawrence Bishnoi organized crime syndicate. He faces federal charges including extortion, racketeering, and drug trafficking. Brar is also wanted in India for several cases and has been declared a terrorist under UAPA.

एफबीआई ने भगोड़े भारतीय गैंगस्टर गोल्डी बराड़ को अपने दस मोस्ट वांटेड भगोड़ों की सूची में शामिल किया है। अमेरिकी एजेंसी ने उसकी गिरफ्तारी की जानकारी देने पर 10 लाख डॉलर तक के इनाम की घोषणा की है। बराड़ को लॉरेंस बिश्नोई संगठित अपराध सिंडिकेट का कथित उत्तरी अमेरिका प्रमुख बताया गया है। उस पर जबरन वसूली, रैकेटियरिंग और ड्रग तस्करी सहित संघीय आरोप हैं। बराड़ भारत में भी कई मामलों में वांछित है और उसे यूएपीए के तहत आतंकवादी घोषित किया गया है।
