Jeweller Accuses Partner Of ₹1.6cr Loan Fraud

A jeweller in Ahmedabad has filed a complaint against his business partner for allegedly defaulting on a Rs 1.6 crore bank loan taken for a Range Rover. The accused, a long-time customer, offered to partner and fund the business during its financial difficulties. Based on his repayment assurances, the company secured the loan for the luxury vehicle. The accused took delivery of the car and paid only two installments before becoming unreachable.

अहमदाबाद के एक ज्वेलर ने अपने बिजनेस पार्टनर के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। आरोप है कि पार्टनर ने रेंज रोवर के लिए लिए गए 1.6 करोड़ रुपये के बैंक लोन की किस्तें नहीं चुकाईं। पार्टनर, जो पुराना ग्राहक था, ने कंपनी की आर्थिक तंगी में मदद करने और पैसे लगाने की पेशकश की थी। उसकी बातों पर भरोसा करके कंपनी ने लग्जरी कार के लिए लोन लिया था। पार्टनर ने कार ले ली और सिर्फ दो किस्तें चुकाकर गायब हो गया।
