Punjab cabinet minister Aman Arora has accused the Congress party of planning to withdraw state welfare benefits. He questioned whether the opposition would continue free electricity, the ₹10 lakh Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojna, and financial assistance for women if they win the 2027 Assembly elections. He challenged Congress leaders to clarify their stance on these schemes before seeking votes in Punjab.
