उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि 2017 से राज्य में जंगलराज खत्म होकर महिलाओं के लिए सुरक्षित माहौल बना है। उन्होंने इसका श्रेय कानून व्यवस्था में सुधार और अपराध के प्रति जीरो टॉलरेंस को दिया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि महिलाएं अब यूपी की तरक्की में अहम भूमिका निभा रही हैं और विकास यात्रा में योगदान दे रही हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि महिलाओं की सुरक्षा, सम्मान और आत्मनिर्भरता पर केंद्रित सरकारी पहलों ने राज्य की छवि और आर्थिक स्थिति को काफी बदला है।
