CJP के संस्थापक अभिजीत दिपके ने दिल्ली के कनॉट प्लेस में 16 अक्टूबर को भारतीय ध्वज फहराने की योजना की घोषणा की है। उन्होंने देश भर के लोगों से इस कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने का आग्रह किया, यह कहते हुए कि ध्वज फहराना कोई अपराध नहीं है। दिपके ने दिल्ली में भाग लेने में असमर्थ लोगों को अपने-अपने शहरों में इसी तरह के 'तिरंगा मार्च' आयोजित करने के लिए भी प्रोत्साहित किया। उन्होंने अपने कार्यों के लिए जेल जाने की तत्परता व्यक्त की, राष्ट्रीय ध्वज के प्रति अपने गर्व पर जोर दिया।
