All immigrants must report a change of address to USCIS within 10 days of moving. Failing to update records can lead to missed notices, case delays, and problems receiving essential immigration documents. The agency clarified that updating an address with the U.S. Postal Service does not automatically update USCIS records, and mail from USCIS will not be forwarded.
