Two Patwaris, Tehsildar Booked In Bribery Case

Indore lokayukta police have booked two patwaris and a tehsildar in Khargone district for allegedly demanding a bribe. A patwari was caught red-handed accepting Rs 20,000 as part of a Rs 2 lakh demand for mutating agricultural land. The complaint stated the tehsildar directed the complainant to a patwari who then demanded the bribe. A case has been registered against all three officials for their alleged involvement in the corruption case.
