India Slams Pakistan at UN for Spreading Lies on Jammu and Kashmir

India exercised its Right of Reply at the UN General Assembly's Fourth Committee, criticising Pakistan for peddling lies and falsehoods about Jammu and Kashmir. Member of Parliament Mahima Kumari Mewar stated it was regrettable that Pakistan continued to abuse the UN platform. She highlighted Pakistan's record of military dictatorship, sham elections, and sponsoring terrorism, urging it to refrain from such actions. India reiterated that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India and called on Pakistan to end human rights violations in illegally occupied areas.

भारत ने यूएन जनरल असेंबली की चौथी समिति में राइट ऑफ रिप्लाई का इस्तेमाल करते हुए जम्मू-कश्मीर के बारे में पाकिस्तान द्वारा झूठ और मनगढ़ंत बातें फैलाने की आलोचना की। सदस्य संसद महिमा कुमारी मेवार ने कहा कि यह खेदजनक है कि पाकिस्तान यूएन मंच का दुरुपयोग करना जारी रखे हुए है। उन्होंने पाकिस्तान के सैन्य तानाशाही, दिखावटी चुनावों और आतंकवाद को बढ़ावा देने के रिकॉर्ड पर प्रकाश डाला और उसे ऐसे कार्यों से दूर रहने को कहा। भारत ने दोहराया कि जम्मू-कश्मीर भारत का अभिन्न अंग है और पाकिस्तान से अवैध रूप से कब्जे वाले क्षेत्रों में मानवाधिकारों के उल्लंघन को समाप्त करने का आग्रह किया।
