MNS Worker Released in Akshay Kumar Sister's Flat Forgery Case

A Mumbai court has ordered the release of MNS worker Ganesh Chukkal in a forgery case linked to a flat associated with Akshay Kumar's sister, Alka Bhatia. The Esplanade 37th Magistrate Court granted Chukkal release on a Rs 1 lakh personal recognizance bond. This decision reportedly followed arguments that the investigating agency failed to follow proper legal procedures during his detention. Chukkal and an associate were arrested in connection with the case concerning a flat linked to Melronia Hospitality Private Limited.

मुंबई की एक अदालत ने अक्षय कुमार की बहन अल्का भाटिया से जुड़े एक फ्लैट के धोखाधड़ी मामले में MNS कार्यकर्ता गणेश चुक्कल को रिहा करने का आदेश दिया है। एस्प्लेनेड 37वीं मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट ने चुक्कल को 1 लाख रुपये के निजी मुचलके पर रिहा कर दिया। यह फैसला कथित तौर पर इस दलील के बाद आया कि जांच एजेंसी ने उनकी हिरासत के दौरान उचित कानूनी प्रक्रियाओं का पालन नहीं किया। चुक्कल और एक सहयोगी को मेलरोनिया हॉस्पिटैलिटी प्राइवेट लिमिटेड से जुड़े एक फ्लैट के संबंध में गिरफ्तार किया गया था।
