India has strongly condemned Pakistan for its continued sponsorship of cross-border terrorism, stating that media campaigns cannot alter the reality on the ground. Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal asserted that Pakistan has been fueling terrorism for years and that lying has become second nature to it. He dismissed Pakistan's public relations efforts as attempts to deflect international accountability and project a false image of peace. India maintains that normal diplomatic engagement is impossible until Islamabad takes verifiable action against terror launchpads.

भारत ने सीमा पार आतंकवाद को बढ़ावा देने के लिए पाकिस्तान की कड़ी निंदा की है और कहा है कि मीडिया अभियान जमीनी हकीकत को नहीं बदल सकते। विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता रणधीर जैसवाल ने जोर देकर कहा कि पाकिस्तान सालों से आतंकवाद को बढ़ावा दे रहा है और झूठ बोलना उसकी आदत बन गई है। उन्होंने पाकिस्तान के जनसंपर्क प्रयासों को अंतरराष्ट्रीय जवाबदेही से बचने और शांति की झूठी छवि पेश करने के प्रयासों के रूप में खारिज कर दिया। भारत का कहना है कि जब तक इस्लामाबाद आतंकवादी लॉन्चपैड के खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं करता, तब तक सामान्य राजनयिक जुड़ाव असंभव है।
