Keke Palmer Named UCLA Artist in Residence for 2026-27 Academic Year

Emmy-winning actor Keke Palmer has been appointed UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television's artist in residence for the 2026-27 academic year. This residency is part of a five-year partnership with her digital media network, KeyTV, announced in June 2026. Three quarterly sessions titled "Know Yourself, Own Yourself, Free Yourself to Build New Frameworks for Change" will explore artistic identity, creative power, and community. These sessions, open to TFT students, will be held at Freud Playhouse and curated by Dean Celine Parreñas Shimizu.
