इज़राइल के विपक्षी नेताओं ने प्रधानमंत्री बेंजामिन नेतन्याहू को पद के लिए अयोग्य बताया है। हारेत्ज़ अख़बार की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, UAE ने नेतन्याहू को हमास के 7 अक्टूबर के हमले की योजना के बारे में आगाह किया था। कहा जा रहा है कि UAE के राष्ट्रपति मोहम्मद बिन जायद अल नाहयान ने हमले से डेढ़ हफ़्ते पहले नेतन्याहू को हमास के इरादों की जानकारी दी थी। इस खुलासे से नेतन्याहू के नेतृत्व और तैयारी पर सवाल और गहरे हो गए हैं।
