CJP Leaders Arrested After Jantar Mantar Breach; Police Cite Preventive Action

The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) claims its co-convenors Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka were arrested following a breach at Jantar Mantar. Delhi Police stated the leaders, including Ajinkya Shinde, were taken into "preventive arrest." CJP's legal affairs head Ratna Singh reported the trio were charged with trespass, bond violation, and obstruction, and might face judicial custody. The CJP volunteers entered Jantar Mantar by scaling locked gates a day after the site lost its designated protest venue status, with Ranka displaying the Tricolour before their detention.

कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) का दावा है कि उसके सह-संयोजक सौरभ दास और आशुतोष रांका को जंतर मंतर में घुसपैठ के बाद गिरफ्तार किया गया है। दिल्ली पुलिस ने कहा कि नेताओं, जिनमें अजिंक्य शिंदे भी शामिल हैं, को "एहतियाती गिरफ्तारी" के तहत लिया गया था। CJP के कानूनी मामलों के प्रमुख रत्ना सिंह ने बताया कि तीनों पर अतिक्रमण, बॉन्ड उल्लंघन और बाधा डालने के आरोप लगाए गए हैं, और वे न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजे जा सकते हैं।
