The Kerala State Human Rights Commission has initiated a suo motu case following the deaths of two migrant workers at Beypore Harbour in Kozhikode. The workers allegedly inhaled toxic gas inside the storeroom of a fishing boat named Tesla on October 9, 2026. Both were collecting stock from the vessel's storeroom when they lost consciousness due to a lack of fresh air.

केरल राज्य मानवाधिकार आयोग ने कोझिकोड के बेपोर बंदरगाह में दो प्रवासी श्रमिकों की मौत के बाद स्वतः संज्ञान लेकर मामला दर्ज किया है। श्रमिकों की मौत 9 अक्टूबर 2026 को 'टेस्ला' नाम की एक मछली पकड़ने वाली नाव के स्टोररूम में जहरीली गैस में सांस लेने से हुई थी। दोनों नाव के स्टोररूम से सामान निकाल रहे थे जब ताजी हवा की कमी के कारण वे बेहोश हो गए।
