BJP's Bittu Detained Waving Liquor Bottle at CM

BJP leader Ravneet Singh Bittu was detained by Punjab Police in Ludhiana for protesting near CM Bhagwant Mann's convoy. Bittu held a liquor bottle, claiming to return it to Mann, and displayed eggs and tomatoes. He stated these were items allegedly thrown at his convoy earlier by AAP supporters. Bittu asserted the BJP would use democratic means to protest against political disruption and that opposition cannot be silenced by police action. He was later released.

पंजाब पुलिस ने लुधियाना में बीजेपी नेता रवनीत सिंह बिट्टू को सीएम भगवंत मान के काफिले के पास विरोध प्रदर्शन करने पर हिरासत में लिया। बिट्टू ने शराब की बोतल लेकर कहा कि वह इसे मान को लौटाएंगे। उन्होंने अंडे और टमाटर भी दिखाए, जो कथित तौर पर AAP समर्थकों ने उनके काफिले पर फेंके थे। बिट्टू ने कहा कि बीजेपी लोकतांत्रिक तरीके से विरोध करेगी और पुलिस कार्रवाई से विपक्ष को चुप नहीं कराया जा सकता। बाद में उन्हें रिहा कर दिया गया।
