Protesting at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan, a new designated protest site, has become difficult and expensive. The venue is fully booked for the next two and a half months, with booking fees potentially exceeding Rs 1 lakh. While a small section for 150 people is free, the main 12-acre ground, with a capacity for 50,000, costs Rs 50,000 per day plus a Rs 55,000 security deposit. This makes it a significant financial burden for organisations compared to the now-closed Jantar Mantar site.

दिल्ली के रामलीला मैदान में विरोध प्रदर्शन करना अब मुश्किल और महंगा हो गया है। यह जगह अगले ढाई महीने के लिए पूरी तरह बुक है और बुकिंग का शुल्क 1 लाख रुपये से ज़्यादा हो सकता है। हालांकि 150 लोगों के लिए एक छोटा हिस्सा मुफ्त है, लेकिन 50,000 लोगों की क्षमता वाला मुख्य 12 एकड़ का मैदान प्रतिदिन 50,000 रुपये का है, साथ ही 55,000 रुपये की सुरक्षा जमा राशि भी है। इससे अब बंद हो चुके जंतर-मंतर की तुलना में संगठनों पर बड़ा वित्तीय बोझ पड़ेगा।
