Managed office platform Smartworks has announced new leasing agreements with global and Indian corporate clients, generating an additional ₹305 crore in contracted rental revenue. This brings the company's total contracted rental revenue base to ₹5,400 crore as of June 30, 2026. The new clients span various sectors, including technology, research, healthcare, and customer experience. Smartworks operates a significant portfolio of 16.9 million square feet across 15 cities and serves over 760 clients, with 92% of revenue from large corporates.

मैनेज्ड ऑफिस प्लेटफॉर्म स्मार्टवर्क्स ने ग्लोबल और भारतीय कॉर्पोरेट क्लाइंट्स के साथ नई लीजिंग एग्रीमेंट की घोषणा की है, जिससे कॉन्ट्रैक्टेड रेंटल रेवेन्यू में ₹305 करोड़ की अतिरिक्त वृद्धि हुई है। इसके साथ ही, 30 जून 2026 तक कंपनी का कुल कॉन्ट्रैक्टेड रेंटल रेवेन्यू बेस ₹5,400 करोड़ हो गया है। नए क्लाइंट्स टेक्नोलॉजी, रिसर्च, हेल्थकेयर और कस्टमर एक्सपीरियंस जैसे विभिन्न सेक्टर्स से हैं। स्मार्टवर्क्स 15 शहरों में 16.9 मिलियन वर्ग फुट का एक महत्वपूर्ण पोर्टफोलियो संचालित करता है और 760 से अधिक क्लाइंट्स को सेवा प्रदान करता है, जिसमें 92% रेवेन्यू बड़े कॉर्पोरेट्स से आता है।
