IIM Calcutta Achieves 100% Placement, Highest Package at ₹1.45 Crore

IIM Calcutta has announced a 100% placement rate for its 61st MBA batch, comprising 458 students who received 542 job offers from 202 companies. The average annual salary package stood at ₹36 lakh, with the highest domestic package reaching ₹1.45 crore and the international highest at ₹1.10 crore. Consulting emerged as the dominant sector, securing 38% of the total offers, followed by General Management at 21%. The institute also reported 100% summer placements before the third day of the drive.

आईआईएम कलकत्ता ने अपने 61वें एमबीए बैच के लिए 100% प्लेसमेंट दर की घोषणा की है। इस बैच में 458 छात्र थे, जिन्हें 202 कंपनियों से 542 जॉब ऑफर मिले। औसत वार्षिक वेतन पैकेज ₹36 लाख रहा, जबकि सबसे बड़ा डोमेस्टिक पैकेज ₹1.45 करोड़ और सबसे बड़ा इंटरनेशनल पैकेज ₹1.10 करोड़ तक पहुंचा। कंसल्टिंग प्रमुख क्षेत्र बनकर उभरा, जिसने कुल ऑफर्स का 38% हिस्सा हासिल किया, इसके बाद जनरल मैनेजमेंट 21% के साथ रहा। संस्थान ने यह भी बताया कि समर प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव के तीसरे दिन से पहले ही 100% पूरी हो गई थी।
