The majority of her debt, nearly $7 million, was owed to the IRS for tax years 1991-1999, with an additional $3 million in California business taxes. Warwick's representative attributed the financial mismanagement to the late 1980s and 1990s. Despite earning approximately $20,950 monthly, her expenses nearly matched her income, leaving little room to address the accumulated tax liabilities.
