Kolte-Patil Developers Records Record Sales Bookings of ₹1,019 Crore in Q2

Kolte-Patil Developers reported a 52% year-on-year increase in sales bookings, reaching a record ₹1,019 crore for the July-September quarter. This performance surpasses the ₹670 crore recorded in the same period last year. For the first half of the fiscal year, sales bookings reached ₹1,636 crore, a 27% rise from the previous year. The company attributes this robust performance to strong demand in its housing projects and sustained sales across ongoing developments. CEO Hrishikesh Parandekar highlighted the resilience of the business and favourable long-term fundamentals in India's residential real estate market.
