Gurgaon Residents Asked to Explain Building Plan Violations

DTCP has flagged alleged violations of approved building plans and occupation certificates in Uniworld Garden-1, Sector 47. The residents' welfare association (RWA) received a show-cause notice for issues including converting green spaces into tennis courts and altering parking areas. The RWA sought 30 days to respond, stating they received the notice late and need time to investigate the allegations, some of which may predate their management. They requested a hearing to explain the facts.

DTCP ने Uniworld Garden-1, Sector 47 में स्वीकृत बिल्डिंग प्लान और ऑक्यूपेशन सर्टिफिकेट के कथित उल्लंघनों को flagged किया है। निवासियों के कल्याण संघ (RWA) को हरे भरे स्थानों को टेनिस कोर्ट में बदलने और पार्किंग क्षेत्रों में बदलाव सहित मुद्दों के लिए कारण बताओ नोटिस मिला। RWA ने जवाब देने के लिए 30 दिनों का समय मांगा, यह बताते हुए कि उन्हें नोटिस देर से मिला और आरोपों की जांच के लिए समय चाहिए, जिनमें से कुछ उनके प्रबंधन से पहले के हो सकते हैं। उन्होंने तथ्यों को समझाने के लिए सुनवाई का अनुरोध किया।
