Edtech startup Imarticus Learning is planning to file its DRHP with SEBI within two to three months for a ₹1,000 crore IPO. The issue size has been increased from the previously planned ₹750 crore. Proceeds from the IPO will be used for business expansion, including setting up more Centres of Excellence and strengthening its B2B segment. This move follows recent acquisitions aimed at expanding its international presence and capabilities in areas like AI and data analytics.
