Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee president Sunny Joseph has refused to publicly address criticism from UDF convener Adoor Prakash regarding the functioning of the UDF and Chief Minister VD Satheesan. Joseph stated that the issues have been brought to the attention of the All India Congress Committee (AICC), and the central leadership will make a decision. Prakash had expressed dissatisfaction over decisions being made without consultation and a lack of UDF meetings. Joseph emphasized that internal party matters should not be discussed publicly and that the AICC will take appropriate action.

केरल प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष सन्नी जोसेफ ने यूडीएफ संयोजक अडूर प्रकाश की यूडीएफ और मुख्यमंत्री वी.डी. सतीसन के कामकाज को लेकर की गई आलोचना पर सार्वजनिक रूप से जवाब देने से इनकार कर दिया है। जोसेफ ने कहा कि इन मुद्दों को ऑल इंडिया कांग्रेस कमेटी (AICC) के ध्यान में लाया गया है, और केंद्रीय नेतृत्व ही फैसला करेगा। प्रकाश ने फैसलों पर सलाह-मशविरे की कमी और यूडीएफ की बैठकों के न होने पर असंतोष जताया था। जोसेफ ने जोर देकर कहा कि पार्टी के आंतरिक मामलों पर सार्वजनिक रूप से चर्चा नहीं की जानी चाहिए और AICC उचित कार्रवाई करेगा।
