Delhi Police has implemented stringent security measures, including snapping mobile internet and halting metro services, to prevent protesters from reaching Jantar Mantar. Central Delhi has been fortified with approximately 35,000 security personnel to manage an estimated crowd of 20,000. Mobile internet services are suspended within a 4km radius of Janpath-Kartavya Path, and entry/exit at 45 metro stations are restricted. Police cited a "very short notice" for protest permission denial, while organizers argue authorities were aware earlier. Over 30 blockade points have been established to deter movement towards the protest site.
