LG has denied claims that its TVs are spying on users, stating that voice recordings are only used for commands and are deleted instantly. The company also clarified that network scans are standard for smart TV functions. However, privacy experts suggest LG's response doesn't fully address concerns about data collection and the Automatic Content Recognition (ACR) feature, which tracks viewing habits for personalized ads.
