A meeting between Iran and Gulf states scheduled for Monday in Oman has been postponed. Iranian state media reported the deferral was a joint decision between Tehran and Muscat, requested by some regional countries. Oman's foreign minister confirmed the postponement, stating it was in the interest of consensus and fostering regional stability. The meeting was intended to discuss issues including potential agreements on shipping through the critical Strait of Hormuz.

ओमान में ईरान और खाड़ी देशों के बीच सोमवार को होने वाली बैठक स्थगित कर दी गई है। ईरानी मीडिया ने बताया कि यह फैसला तेहरान और मस्कट का संयुक्त निर्णय था, जिसे कुछ क्षेत्रीय देशों ने अनुरोध किया था। ओमान के विदेश मंत्री ने भी इसकी पुष्टि की और कहा कि यह क्षेत्रीय स्थिरता बढ़ाने के लिए किया गया है। इस बैठक में होर्मुज जलडमरूमध्य से शिपिंग जैसे मुद्दों पर चर्चा होनी थी।
