Torrential rains in Nepal have caused widespread floods and landslides, resulting in at least 21 deaths and five people missing. The severe weather, which lasted from September 24 to 27, also injured five individuals and forced the evacuation of approximately 3,000 people. Hundreds of homes were damaged or destroyed, with landslides being the primary cause of fatalities. Authorities have issued warnings for residents in low-lying areas due to the ongoing risk of further flooding and landslides.

नेपाल में मूसलाधार बारिश के कारण व्यापक बाढ़ और भूस्खलन आया है, जिससे कम से कम 21 लोगों की मौत हो गई है और पांच लोग लापता हैं। 24 से 27 सितंबर तक चले इस गंभीर मौसम के कारण पांच लोग घायल भी हुए और लगभग 3,000 लोगों को सुरक्षित निकाला गया। सैकड़ों घर क्षतिग्रस्त या नष्ट हो गए, जिसमें भूस्खलन मौतों का मुख्य कारण रहा। अधिकारियों ने आगे भी बाढ़ और भूस्खलन के जारी खतरे को देखते हुए निचले इलाकों के निवासियों के लिए चेतावनी जारी की है।
