SC on Judicial Officer Transferred to Naxalite Area

The Supreme Court is reviewing the transfer of a judicial officer to a Naxalite-affected area. This action followed an incident where the officer reportedly lost their temper and shouted at the Bombay High Court. The case involves an affidavit concerning vacancies for new fast-track courts. The High Court had questioned the State's counsel regarding these vacancies.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट एक ज्यूडिशियल ऑफिसर के नक्सल प्रभावित इलाके में ट्रांसफर की समीक्षा कर रहा है। यह तब हुआ जब ऑफिसर ने बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट में कथित तौर पर अपना आपा खो दिया और चिल्लाने लगे। इस मामले में नए फास्ट-ट्रैक कोर्ट में खाली पदों को लेकर एक एफिडेविट भी शामिल है। हाई कोर्ट ने इन खाली पदों के बारे में राज्य के वकील से सवाल पूछे थे।
