Degrees Are Start of Journey, Not Destination, Says SC Justice Vikram Nath

Supreme Court justice Vikram Nath stated at the Dr Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University's 5th convocation that academic degrees signify the beginning of a larger journey, not a final destination. He urged graduates to measure success by their positive impact on others' lives and uphold constitutional values. Allahabad High Court Chief Justice Arun Bhansali emphasized that lawyers are officers of the court, guardians of the rule of law, and must maintain integrity, commit to continuous learning, and dedicate time to pro bono service.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जस्टिस विक्रम नाथ ने डॉ राम मनोहर लोहिया नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी के 5वें दीक्षांत समारोह में कहा कि अकादमिक डिग्री एक बड़े सफर की शुरुआत का प्रतीक हैं, न कि अंतिम मंज़िल। उन्होंने ग्रेजुएट्स से सफलता को दूसरों के जीवन पर सकारात्मक प्रभाव से मापने और संवैधानिक मूल्यों को बनाए रखने का आग्रह किया। इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस अरुण भंसाली ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि वकील कोर्ट के अधिकारी, कानून के संरक्षक होते हैं और उन्हें ईमानदारी बनाए रखनी चाहिए, निरंतर सीखने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध होना चाहिए और प्रो बोनो सेवा के लिए समय समर्पित करना चाहिए।
